Ajman Crown Prince Launches New Digital Rental Services for Tenants, Landlords and Businesses

Ajman has launched a new package of **digital rental regulation services**, introducing artificial intelligence and online contract tools designed to make rental procedures faster and easier for tenants, landlords, companies and investors.
The services were launched by **Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of the Executive Council**, during the Ajman Real Estate Investment Exhibition in September 2026. The package was developed by the Ajman Municipality & Planning Department.
## **What are Ajman’s new rental digital services?**
The package moves several rental-regulation procedures further online while also introducing an AI-powered legal assistant.
The new services cover rental enquiries and disputes, accommodation contract attestation, registration of properties used for workers’ accommodation and digital authentication of approved contracts.
The aim is to reduce paperwork, speed up access to information and make government rental services easier to navigate.
## **Meet Tibyan, Ajman’s new Smart Legal Assistant**
One of the biggest additions is **Tibyan**, an AI-powered Smart Legal Assistant.
Tibyan is designed to answer questions relating to **rental disputes, procedures and rental services**, giving users faster access to approved information.
There are two versions of the system.
The external version is designed for the public, including tenants, property owners and companies.
A separate internal version helps Rental Regulation Sector employees access information and improve operational efficiency.
For residents, this could make it easier to understand what procedure to follow when dealing with a rental-related issue without first navigating multiple channels.
## **New digital accommodation contract services**
Ajman has also introduced new digital services for workers’ and employees’ accommodation.
The **New Workers’ Accommodation Contract Attestation Request** and **New Employee Accommodation Contract Attestation Request** allow relevant contracts to be created electronically.
The system also organises and documents accommodation information, creating a more integrated digital process for completing the required procedures.
## **Properties used for workers’ accommodation can be registered online**
Another addition is the **Workers’ Accommodation Property Registration Request**.
This electronic service allows properties and individual units used as workers’ accommodation to be registered and their details documented digitally.
According to the Ajman Municipality & Planning Department, creating an accurate database will help organise accommodation information while supporting monitoring and related regulatory procedures.
## **Electronic stamps for approved rental documents**
The package also introduces **Digital Document Authentication**.
Approved contracts can receive an electronic stamp, allowing their approval and validity to be verified digitally.
This is intended to increase the reliability of rental documents while reducing dependence on conventional physical verification processes.
## **Ajman is already simplifying digital rental contracts**
The latest announcement follows another significant digital rental update introduced in August 2026.
Ajman Municipality launched a unified system for cancelling all types of digital contracts. Once both parties approve a cancellation electronically, it can be processed automatically without submitting supporting documents or waiting for an employee to manually review and approve it.
The service is available around the clock through Ajman Municipality’s **Tasdeeq system**.
Together, the initiatives show Ajman moving more of the rental journey towards digital and automated services.
## **Why is Ajman digitising rental services?**
Ajman’s rental market continues to grow.
The emirate recorded **73,472 rental contracts worth AED 2.91 billion during the first half of 2026**, according to Ajman Municipality & Planning Department.
With increasing rental activity, digital systems can reduce administrative work while making services easier to access for residents, landlords, property companies and investors.
The Crown Prince said the use of modern technology and AI supports better government services, simpler procedures and an improved customer experience, while strengthening the competitiveness of Ajman’s real estate sector.

For residents and property owners, the most noticeable change should be easier access to rental information and more procedures that can be completed digitally.
Tibyan can help users find information about rental procedures and disputes, while digital contract services reduce the need for conventional paperwork.
Businesses managing workers’ or employee accommodation also gain dedicated electronic services for contracts and property registration.
However, the announcement does not mean that every rental dispute itself will be decided automatically by AI. Tibyan is described as an information and assistance tool; the existing legal and regulatory processes continue to apply.
