Elon Musk Confirms Starlink Is Officially Live in the UAE

## **How fast is Starlink?**
Starlink uses thousands of satellites operating in low-Earth orbit rather than depending entirely on underground fibre cables or mobile towers.
Current reported land-based performance generally ranges from around **45Mbps to 280Mbps for downloads**, with approximately 10Mbps to 30Mbps uploads and latency of roughly 25 to 60 milliseconds.

No.

Enter the exact address where you want to use the service.
Starlink will check capacity for that particular coverage area.

Because capacity is address-specific, availability in one Dubai neighbourhood does not guarantee availability in another.
