Etisalat Is Giving UAE Customers Free Data — Check Your SMS Before October 12

If you have been an Etisalat customer for years, your loyalty could now mean free mobile data.
As part of its **50th anniversary celebrations in the UAE**, Etisalat is rewarding eligible customers with complimentary mobile data based on how long they have been with the telecom operator.
The offer is simple: **eligible customers receive 1GB of free data for every year they have been an Etisalat customer.**
The complimentary data is available only for a limited period, so customers are being encouraged to check their SMS messages and use their allocation before it expires on **October 12, 2026**.
## **How Much Free Data Can You Get?**
The amount depends on how long you have been an Etisalat customer.
For example:
**5 years with Etisalat = 5GB free data**
**10 years with Etisalat = 10GB free data**
**15 years with Etisalat = 15GB free data**
**20 years with Etisalat = 20GB free data**
So, the longer you have stayed with the network, the bigger your anniversary data reward could be.
## **How Do You Know If You Got Free Data?**
The easiest thing to do is **check your SMS inbox**.
Etisalat sent messages to eligible customers informing them of their complimentary anniversary data allocation.
The SMS should tell you how much data has been allocated to your account and any specific terms attached to the offer.
Since eligibility and the amount awarded can vary between customers, you should rely on the details in your own Etisalat message rather than assuming everyone receives the same amount.

Current anniversary promotions include discounts of **up to 30% on selected smartphones** and **up to 90% on selected technology accessories**.
Special mobile data bundles have also been advertised, including:
**30GB for AED 150**
**50GB for AED 200**
**250GB for AED 600**
Selected home Wi-Fi plans are also being offered at **50% off for six months**, subject to eligibility and individual offer conditions.
## **What Should Etisalat Customers Do Now?**
First, check the SMS messages you received from Etisalat around October 6.
Look for an anniversary message mentioning complimentary data and check exactly how many gigabytes have been allocated.
Then check the expiry date and any conditions shown in the message.
If your allocation expires on October 12, make sure you use the free data before then.
Customers can also check their account and current offers through the Etisalat UAE app.
## **Been With Etisalat for Years? This Could Be a Nice Reward**
The anniversary offer particularly benefits long-term customers.
Someone who has stayed with Etisalat for two decades could receive significantly more complimentary data than a relatively new subscriber.
